BuyIndies.com, Inc. will be dissolving its corporation.  Sadly, the last several years have marked a decline in sales and this last year (2007) was about one third of the the previous year (2006) which has made it impossible for us to continue operations.

As of February 1, 2008, BuyIndies.com, Inc. no longer processed new orders through our website.  If you were a seller at BuyIndies.com, Inc. and have outstanding invoices, you will be receiving a letter and check within the next few weeks, probably by June 1, 2008.
